Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of bike do I need?
For the Modern category: any bike, including contemporary road and gravel bikes. For the Vintage category: pre-1987 bikes, steel frames encouraged.
What counts for the Vintage Category?
To qualify for the Vintage category and show/concourse, bikes must be manufactured in 1987 or earlier, and feature only traditional components.
Are there aid stations?
Yes! Each route will feature aid stations with water, snacks, rest stops, and some mechanical support. Plus, a sweeper vehicle will follow the course and pick up any strays.
Can I ride all of the routes and categories?
The times for the rides across both categories on Saturday will overlap with each other, so you will need to select the one ride you most want to participate in.
Where do I pick up my packet?
Pinedorado Grounds, next to the Veteran’s Memorial Building, on Friday, from 2 to 7 p.m.
